The song One Last Breath was released in 2002 by Creed (yes, it's been 20 years!) and was written by Scott Stapp, the band's lead singer. The lyrics talk about past mistakes and how friendships can be the best way to find comfort in this recovery process. The single is taken from Creed's third album, Weathered, and peaked at number six on the Billboard Hot 100.
