NEWS - Mad Painter Celebrates The Carefree Spirit Of 1970's Rock On New Single "Empty Bottles"

About Mad Painter: Mad Painter is a rock band from Arlington, MA, known for their dynamic sound influenced by 1970s rock'n'roll. Their music blends garage rock, proto-punk, heavy metal, and psychedelic rock, inspired by bands like Sweet, Slade, and Mott the Hoople. With a reputation for energetic live performances and thought-provoking lyrics, Mad Painter continues to captivate audiences with their distinctive musical style. Mad Painter is deeply rooted in the melodic rock tradition of the 1970s, playing original music ranging from Woodstock-era psychedelic rock to glam-tinged rock'n'roll and epic heavy anthems in the vein of Uriah Heep.

At the center of Mad Painter is Alex Gitlin, the songwriter and creator of the concept. He is backed by drummer Al Hendry (Bubba Loaf, Tokyo Tramps), bassist Kenne Highland (ex-Gizmos, Hopelessly Obscure, Johnny & The Jumper Cables, Africa Corps.), and guitarist Al Nahabedian (Thighscrapers), who plays with Kenne in Kenne Highland Airforce.
